Nashville, TN, London, UK – January 16, 2007 – Nashville-based CaseLogistix, the Litigation Support Division of docHarbor and Ancomp Inc., a leading provider of evidence and litigation management software for the legal community, and Legal Document Management Ltd. (LDM), Europe’s premier provider of litigation support services, today finalized a strategic partnership and reseller agreement. Effective immediately, LDM will resell CaseLogistix evidence and litigation support desktop and web software in Europe, Pacific Rim, and the USA. LDM will also provide companies and law firms with a secure, accessible, hosted facility for all of their electronic data utilizing CaseLogistix.

CaseLogistix provides a complete system for electronic document organization, annotation, discovery management, and publication. The software, available as a desktop version or in an application service provider hosted environment, allows legal teams to quickly collect, review, and produce any amount of digital evidence using an interface similar to that of Microsoft Outlook. By utilizing LDM’s European hosting facility, CaseLogistix will fully comply with all European Common Market rules and regulations on the transmittal and transfer of electronically-stored data. Further, the LDM facility will provide European clients with the power to search, organize, annotate, and make productions out of millions of edata documents in almost any language, as well as preserve the integrity of the native formats of those documents, including the metadata.
