CaseLogistix Announces Version 4.3 Feature List
(Nashville, TN) CaseLogistix Inc. announces the release of new, additional features and functionality now available in its evidence management and litigation support software.
Version 5.0 adds a powerhouse of over 25 new features to CaseLogistix' already full-featured litigation support software, including electronic data discovery – EDD – as part of its overall included BirdDog EDD feature set.
Some of the most advanced features in CaseLogistix 5.0 desktop and CaseQwest “thin client” include:
- MetaData Extraction: Extract all metadata from tiff, pdf, email and native documents into coded fields in your documents library.
- Native File Annotation and Conversion: Building on the existing ability to view, search, and publish native documents (e.g., Word, Excel), endorse, redact, and annotate native documents, as well as publish native documents out to PDF with redactions and endorsements.
- Outlook(tm) PST email support: Drag and drop an entire PST into CaseLogistix and extract emails, attachments, and metadata into your library.
- Lotus Notes NSF email support: Using WayPoint, quickly and efficiently import the contents of a Lotus Notes NSF into CaseLogistix, including attachments.
- Redaction Enhancements: Print and/or burn your redactions into the converted document in any color; elect to print redaction codes on the redaction. Manage redacted documents effortlessly.
- Post Published Documents back into CaseLogistix: Add documents converted to tiff/pdf, endorsed, redacted, etc., back into the CaseLogistix library and maintain a group relationship with the originals.
- Document Operations: Documents can be split into multiple documents, combined into a single document, and the pages can be reordered.
- Bates Analyzer: Analyze all of your documents’ coded bates numbers against their physical number of pages and return a report with bates gaps, bates overlaps, and invalid bates ranges.
- MD5 Calculation: Calculate and store the MD5 Hash value of a file for deduplication purposes.
- Partial Date Datatype: New field type to handle partial dates such as "January 2005", or "06/00/2004"
