CaseLogistix to provide evidence and litigation management software

Nashville, TN - July 31, 2006 - Nashville-based CaseLogistix, Inc., a leading provider of evidence and litigation management software for the legal community, today announced that the Registry of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Registry) has selected CaseLogistix for the evidence database and litigation support needs of the Prosecutor's Office.


The Registry is charged with a five-year mandate to provide material and professional support to the Justice Sector, building capacity to investigate, prosecute and try war crimes, organized crime, economic crime and corruption at the state level; as well as ensuring the legal process meets both national legal standards and international standards of fair trial and due process of law. The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is currently dealing with more than 200 cases of alleged war crimes from the war of 1991-1995, involving more than 1,400 persons suspected of having committed genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.

“Our office is charged with investigating the most serious crimes committed during more than three years of war - it's extremely challenging and important work.
