Caselogistix Names Greg Byrne National Director of Sales

CaseLogistix is pleased to announce that Greg Byrne of Lexington, Kentucky has been named as the new National Director of Sales for CaseLogistix, effective January 3, 2005.

Roe Frazer, CEO and General Counsel of CaseLogistix, stated: "Greg Byrne is a natural for leading our sales effort nationally. He is well-respected, well-connected, and well, he can do it all. He is very entrepreneurial, and will help our Company expand its growing presence in law firms across the United States through direct sales and through further partnering with resellers and service bureaus."

Before joining Caselogistix, Byrne spent his professional career in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration working most recently as the Associate Athletic Director for Development at the University of Kentucky. "This is a wonderful opportunity for me and my family to be able to join a company with the ability to be the leader in law office technology. I know with our network of relationships across the country we will be able to dramatically expand Caselogistix percentage of its potential market."

Byrne has a history of expanding organizations in his professional career:
· Oversaw development efforts to raise annual gifts from $4 million in 2002, to $6 million in 2003, a projected $8 million in 2004, and a projected $9 million in 2005 for the University of Kentucky Athletic Association
· Lead current $35 million athletic facility capital campaign at the University of Kentucky
· Replaced 60 year old fundraising organization and increased annual giving from $1 million to over $5 million in cash in four years at Oregon State University
· Raised over $30 million in capital gifts for facilities and budget enhancement at Oregon State
· Helped generate a $12.5 million gift to rename the football stadium at Oregon State

Byrne, an alum of Arizona State University (1994), and his wife Regina have two children, Nicholas (9) and Davis (7). They are active in their community including involvement in Southland Church , where they are members and volunteers; they volunteer in their children's school and have spent many hours working with many civic organizations.
