Schnader Selects CaseLogistix Evidence and Litigation Support Software

Encore Legal Solutions Enters Into Strategic Alliance with CaseLogistix
Delivers Information Management Services and Software
to Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments
New York – January 29, 2007 – Encore Legal Solutions, a leading national provider of litigation support solutions, today announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with CaseLogistix, The Litigation Support Division of docHarbor and Ancomp Inc., a leading provider of evidence and litigation management software for the legal community.
Under the terms of the agreement, Encore will provide reprographics, imaging, coding, e-discovery, hosting and related services to CaseLogistix users, and will make available the sophisticated CaseLogistix litigation management software to Encore’s law firm and corporate clients nationwide.
The CaseLogistix software, which is available as a desktop and Web version, or in an application service provider (ASP) hosted environment, allows legal teams to quickly collect, review and produce any amount of digital evidence using an interface similar to that of Microsoft Outlook. Its Microsoft SQL Server database backend provides unlimited flexibility and scalability based on the complexity of a given case.

Encore will host CaseLogistix in a secure ASP “rich client” environment. This arrangement further provides Encore clients with the ability to move their data seamlessly and efficiently into CaseLogistix desktop, if and when the need arises. Law firms and general counsel will have a start to finish litigation support package with the Encore-CaseLogistix strategic alliance.

Effective immediately, LDM will resell CaseLogistix evidence and litigation support desktop and web software in Europe, Pacific Rim, and the USA.
